Purpose
Liquid UI for iOS offers wireless printing from SAP, allowing users to print SAP documents on their iOS devices directly. This functionality is facilitated by configuring Wi-Fi and Bluetooth printers, thus enhancing the user experience by streamlining the printing process.
You can print SAP documents like purchase orders, legal forms, invoices, shipping notifications, etc., from your iOS device. Furthermore, the app provides a Print Preview option to preview a document before printing. It is helpful to check the accuracy of the content in the SAP documents.
Pre-requisites
Printer Configurations on Liquid UI for iOS.
Now, let’s look into printing SAP documents using Wi-Fi and Bluetooth printers:
- WLAN (WiFi) Printing

Configuring WLAN (WiFi) Printing
Liquid UI for iOS currently supports the following WLAN mobile printers.
- 105SL, 105SLPlus, 110PAX4, 110Xi4, 110XiIIIPlus, 140Xi4, 140XiIIIPlus, 170PAX4, 170Xi4, 170XiIIIPlus, 220Xi4, 220XiIIIPlus, GC420t, GK420d, GK420t, GX420d, GX420t, GX430t, HC100 Patient I.D. Please follow the steps below, to configure mobile printing via wireless networks on Liquid UI:
- Navigate to the Settings app on your iOS device, and make sure Wi-Fi is turned on. Once the connection succeeds, a blue checkmark will appear beside the connected network, as shown below

- Now, open the Liquid UI for iOS app, and navigate to any SAP screen, click on the Server name located at the bottom right corner of the screen. Select the Test Printer>TCP/IP Printer, as shown in the image below.

- Enter the IP address, and click Ok.

- Now, navigate to the me23n (Standard PO) screen, and click the Print Preview option located on the toolbar to view the document before printing, as shown in the image below.

- To print, click the Settings icon and select System>List.

- Now, select Print, as shown in the image below.
Configuring Bluetooth Mobile Printing
Liquid UI for iOS currently supports the following Bluetooth mobile printers.
- iMZ220, iMZ320
- Enable the Bluetooth option on your iOS device settings.

- Similarly, select the Test Printer, and click on Bluetooth Devices.

- Now, a list of Bluetooth printers appears, as shown in the image below. Choose the desired printer.

- To print, click the Settings icon in the upper right corner of the SAP screen to view all the menu options. Select List>Print to print the document.
