Simple inventory tasks required trips to wired SAP workstations - Users had to take long walks and go through multiple data entries for tasks such as moving empty bins to the stock room because SAP was tied to a wired environment. This affected employee performance and productivity.
Backflushing required users to remember multiple SAP actions - Personnel had to memorize key sequences such as F3, F5, F8, Enter, and Save, along with field values. A wrong click or data-entry error meant repeating the process, resulting in significant expense.
