4.02 User Details: View and Manage Users

The User Details page in the Liquid UI Access Management Portal (LAMP) lets account admins view and manage users associated with the account. You can view user details, change user roles, revoke user access, resend license emails, and use QR codes to activate device licenses.

You can search for users, change user roles, resend license emails, revoke user licenses, and generate QR codes to activate device licenses.

Note: You must be an Account Admin to manage users.

To view the User Details page:

1. Log in to LAMP.
2. Navigate to Account Administration.
3. Open the User Details page using either of the following methods:
   • Click the User Details tile on the dashboard.
   • Select User Details from the Explore menu.
    
   
    
4. The User Details table displays the following information.
    
   
    

   Email Address	Displays the user's email address.
   Registered Device	Displays the number of devices registered to the user.
   User Validity	Displays the user's license expiry date.
   Role	Displays the user's role and allows you to change it between Admin and User.
   Actions	Allows you to: Resend the license email. Revoke the user's license. Generate a QR code to activate the user's device.

5. Click the button in the Role column to change the user's role between Admin and User
   
    
   
    
6. Click Revoke button in the Actions column to revoke the user's license.
    
   
    
7. Click Email in the Actions column to resend the user's license email.
    
   
    
8. Click QR Code in the Actions column to display a QR code for activating the user's device.
    
   
    

Search Users

Use the search box above the table to quickly locate users.

• As you type, the search filters the users displayed on the current page.
   
  
   
• Press Enter to search all users in the selected account.
• Account-wide searches match the user's Email Address and Full Name.
  
   
  
   
• Click Clear to remove the search and return to the complete user list.
