Liquid UI for iOS reimagines the SAP GUI for mobile. Designed with field teams in mind, it brings full SAP GUI functionality to iPhones and iPads, without relying on Fiori, web browsers, or middleware.
With Liquid UI for iOS, you can:
- Run native SAP screens with a touch-optimized experience
- Merge multiple screens or transactions into a single workflow
- Replace input fields with single-tap buttons
- Scan barcodes using the device camera or industrial sleds
- Use gestures like tap, swipe, and zoom for easier navigation
- Integrate native email for SAP workflow actions
Licensing Options
You can obtain a Liquid UI license through one of the following methods:

How to buy a license
To access available licensing options:
- Open the Liquid UI for iOS
- Tap the menu icon (≡) and select Request License
- You’ll see three choices:
- Get Trial License: Submit a request for a 30-day evaluation
- Liquid UI Portal: Activate a license with your company’s License ID or URL
- Buy from Appstore: Purchase a license directly with your Apple ID

Install or activate a license
Whether you purchased a license or received one via email or from your IT team, you can activate it using a link, QR code, or file.

Without a valid license
If no valid license is installed, the app operates in restricted mode:
- You can connect to only two SAP systems
- A 150-packet limit applies between the app and the SAP server.
To remove these limits, install a trial, client, or enterprise license.
