The Device Details page displays information about the devices registered in your LAMP account, including the associated user, device identifier, device annotation, license validity, license pack renewal, last connection status, and available actions.
You can search for devices, view device information, and revoke device licenses.
Note: You must be an Account Admin to view and manage device details.
To view the Device Details page:
- Log in to LAMP.
- Navigate to Account Administration.
- Navigate to the Device Details page using one of the following methods:
- Click Device Details on the Dashboard.
- Select Device Details from the Explore menu.
- The Device Details table displays the following information.
Device Identifier Displays the unique identifier assigned to the registered device. Email Displays the email address associated with the registered device. Device Annotation Displays the annotation assigned to the registered device. If no annotation has been added, the device name is displayed instead. Validity Displays the device license expiration date. License Pack Displays the license pack renewal date based on the device activation date. Last Seen Displays the device's most recent connection to the server. - Green – Active
- Yellow – Recently inactive
- Red – Inactive for more than 30 days
Action Allows you to revoke the device license. For information about adding, editing, or deleting device annotations, see Adding, Editing, and Deleting Device Annotations.
Search Devices
Use the search box above the table to locate devices.
- As you type, the search filters the devices displayed on the current page.
- Press Enter to search all devices in the selected account.
- You can search for devices by:
- Device Identifier
- Email Address
- Device Annotation
- Device Name (when displayed instead of an annotation)
- Click Clear to remove the search and return to the complete device list.
