The inputfield command is used to create and modify inputfields (also sometimes called editfields) in SAP.
The inputfield command is one of the most useful commands in WS and will be usable on most screens users will access. Editable fields on SAP screens are created and modified using the inputfield command. The syntax for this command is as follows:
inputfield([startrow,startcol], "Field name", [endrow, endcol], {"option":value…});
There are a number of options that can be used with inputfields. These are listed below and each of these will be demonstrated in the linked examples.
