Assigning tooltips and icons to pushbuttons

In the following section, we will demonstrate how to assign tooltips and icons to pushbuttons. This process is essentially the same as the process to assign tooltips and icons to inputfields. the syntaxc is as follows:

pushbutton([rows, cols], "@iconID\\QTooltip text@Label", "/ntcode", {"option":value…});
  1. Go to the Easy Access screen in SAP.
  2. Open the script file (SAPLSMTR_NAVIGATION.E0100.sjs) and enter the following code. Create the file if it does not already exist. 
    				pushbutton([1,1], "@2L\\QTooltip text here@Label", [1,10], "/nva01", {"process":test});
  3. Save your changes and refresh the SAP screen.

    The newly created button has an icon as shown below:



  4. Hover the mouse over the new Label button.
