The checkbox command is used to create and modify checkboxes in WS.
Checkboxes in SAP are used when it is necessary to have users select options for particular screen elements. The syntax for using the checkbox command is as follows:
checkbox([row,col], 'Label', {"name":"internal_name_of_checkbox"});
The checkbox command takes the following options:
The default option on a checkbox marks it as the default selection if more than one checkbox are present in a group. The syntax is as follows:
{"default":"X"}
Specifies the actual name of the checkbox that is created. This is not the onscreen label, but rather the unique name by which the SAP scripts will refer to the new screen element. The syntax is as follows:
{"name":"checkboxName"}
The 'offset' option is used to position the checkbox relative to another screen element. The syntax is as follows:
{"offset":[rows,columns]}
This option will make the checkbox appear to be grayed out and no data entry is possible. The syntax is as shown below:
{"readonly":true}
