Creating boxes

1. Use the following function to delete the existing elements on the Easy Access screen:

   for(a=firstChild; a!=null; a=a.nextSibling)
   	a.del( );

2. In the SAPLSMTR_NAVIGATION.E0100.sjs script file, use the box command to create a box entitled 'Quick Links':

   box( {"offset":[8,4]}, {"offset":[16,50]}, "Quick Links");

   The Easy Access screen will display as follows:

   

In the previous steps, we created an empty box entitled Quick Links. In the next step, we will add some elements that will be contained in the box

3. Type the following into the Easy Access script file: The offset option specifies how far from the box margin the new pushbuttons will be located.

   pushbutton( {"offset":[10,6]}, "View Notifications", "iw30");
   pushbutton( {"offset":[12,6]}, "View Work Orders", "iw33");

   The script file should now appear as follows:

   	a.del( );
   box( {"offset":[8,4]}, {"offset":[16,50]}, "Quick Links");
   pushbutton( {"offset":[10,6]}, "View Notifications", "iw30");
