There are several ways to obtain licenses from Synactive. These are as follows.
- If you already own the product, you can request a new license from within License Manager
- You can request a new license by emailing Synactive at rfi@guixt.com.
Requesting New Licenses with License Manager
To request a new license from within License Manager, please do the following.
- In License Manger, click the Request New button.

Your web browser will launch and open the Designer License page on the Synactive web site shown below.

Fill in your information as specified on the web form and click the Submit button at the bottom of the web page.
Note: You will need to obtain your Host ID. Synactive will instruct you how to obtain the host ID if you do not curently own any Synactive products. If you have a Synactive product that includes License Manager, you can use License Manager to obtain your host ID. -
Your new license(s) will be emailed to you in approximately two (2) business days.
